What all do we butcher?

Cows, pigs, sheep and most 4-legged farm animals. Give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is the difference between hang weight and take home weight?

Hang weight is 60% of the live weight and take home is 60% of the hang weight. This is all based on averages and can vary.

Why do we hang the beef for 2 weeks?

It ages the meat for a more tender finished product!
