BUTCHERING
We specialize in custom butchering of 4-legged farm animals. All finished product is vacuum-sealed including ground beef. This means no dripping mess in the refrigerator during thawing. This is done at no extra cost.
SELLING WHOLE, HALF, & QUARTER BEEF SHARES
If you are looking to purchase bulk beef (which we highly recommend) we are more than happy to facilitate that process for you. We will only find you meat that comes from ranches that we’ve done business with before, that we know raise their animals in a humane fashion, and that delivers you with a delicious end product.
CONNECTING YOU WITH RANCHERS/PRODUCERS
We have built a network of ranchers/producers whom we trust to deliver you and your family with safe, clean, and delicious meat. If you have special requests such as organic, grass-finished, etc or just want to talk to your producer directly, we will put you in contact with them and handle all your butchering needs.
